Da Mhìle Distillery

Da Mhile is the UK’s first organic micro-distillery, as well as the world’s first organic whiskey (pronounced da-vee-lay). Since 2012, they’ve been making high-quality handmade spirits on their organic farm in West Wales. ‘ORANGE 33,’ their debut product, is an organic orange liqueur that received a True Taste Award in its first batch! Da Mhile Botanical Gin, their second product, is created with 20 botanicals and is well acclaimed by gin connoisseurs. From locally-harvested seaweed, they also produce a salty, one-of-a-kind seaweed gin. Vodka, whiskey, rum, and brandy are among the spirits being developed. Tours and sampling sessions at distilleries can be booked ahead of time.
