The popular BBC show Springwatch migrated to Ynys-woods, hir’s wet grassland and saltmarshes in 2011. Ducks and geese arrive in the winter, while lapwings and redshanks arrive in the summer. Seven hides are available at the RSPB Ynys-hir Nature Reserve, allowing visitors to fully experience the natural splendour of this special area of Ceredigion.
